To travel by rail between Edinburgh and Glasgow you would need to travel in to the centre of Edinburgh and Glasgow then make your way to the Airports (not ideal) There are plans to introduce rail stations at Edinburgh and Glasgow Airport however these are quite a few years from being ready.
